If we have moved you before, your next move with us is 15% off. It applies to the moving price on your written estimate, and you claim it by telling us when you ask for the quote.

Claiming it

• We confirm the scopeA video walkthrough or an onsite inspection, so the inventory is real rather than assumed. That is also what makes the written estimate valid.

• Book the dateA deposit reserves the move and is stated in the booking documents.

What the price covers

A discount only means something if you know what it is a discount on. On a standard full-service move, the quoted scope includes:

• trained in-house movers — our employees, not subcontracted labor;
• the truck and standard moving equipment for the quoted move;
• furniture disassembly and reassembly;
• moving blankets, furniture wrapping, and mattress protection;
• standard protection for TVs, mirrors, artwork, and electronics;
• floor, wall, doorway, corner, and hallway protection as needed;
• loading, transport, unloading, and placement in the room you ask for;
• three reusable wardrobe boxes, with no requirement to return them;
• a sales specialist, a dispatcher, and a lead foreman with defined roles.

Our standard hourly package is $175 per hour for two movers and one truck. Longer moves are usually quoted as a flat rate against a confirmed inventory. See pricing for how each is built.

Paying for it

A booking deposit reserves every move and is shown in your booking documents.

If the timing of the balance is the awkward part, eligible customers can divide an approved amount into four payments through the installment service. The provider reviews you after registration and assigns the available amount, generally between $600 and $4,000 — that is their decision rather than ours, and credit history is a factor. The approved amount can cover the full moving price or part of it, with the remainder paid by another accepted method.

Can I use it with the four-payment plan?

Ask at the quote stage and your sales specialist will confirm. The installment service makes its own eligibility decision separately.

Is the deposit still required?

Yes. A deposit reserves the move regardless of the discount or the payment method.

Can the price change later?

On a flat-rate move the price is fixed for the confirmed scope. It changes only if you request or approve something outside it, and any change is documented and approved first.
